Leadership

Dr. Kajal Dutta Roy
Founder and Director
Dr. Kajal Dutta Roy is an academician, Special Educator, AI researcher, and a proud parent of a child with Autism. With over two decades of dedicated service, she has been a strong advocate for inclusive education and the empowerment of children with special needs.
She has presented research papers and innovative models of inclusive education at leading national institutions and conferences, including TISS Mumbai, IIT Madras, NIMHANS, the University of Mysore, and XIM Bhubaneswar. Her work has helped numerous children successfully thrive in mainstream educational settings.
Dr. Roy has over 25 years of experience in Information Technology and Academia. She holds a Ph.D. from the University of Mysore and has further specialized through qualifications in Special Education, Counselling, and B.Ed.
Her contributions have been recognized with several prestigious honours, including the Most Promising Research Scholar Award (2018), Women Leadership Award (2019), Nation Builder Award (2021), Karnataka Women Achievers Award (2022), and recognition by Christ School (2026) for her exemplary service to children with special needs.
